At Qooling, were growing fast, and Im looking for a Lead Developer. There is great opportunity for further growth and I need your help to capitalize on it. Youll work closely with me, CTO and founder, from our office in The Hague. Our current office team is made up of eight enthusiastic and dedicated young professionals. Our new online platform is used by customers all over the world for their Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management. Our goal is to build the ultimate operations platform that enables businesses to improve their processes and make data-driven decisions to achieve their operational ambitions. Your job is to keep de dev team running smoothly. You''ll be working closely with me to lead our remote team in Brazil , which currently consists of three members, with plans to expand once the lead position is filled. Additionally, we have two mobile developers on board as independent contractors. We run our version of Shape Up and our communication style is direct. We also like keeping meetings to a minimum which makes us move fast ! Provide technical guidance to team members on implementing best practices, coding standards, and optimizing workflows. Oversee code quality through code reviews, mentoring, and pair programming. Working closely with the customer team to build solutions. What Were Looking For At least 6 years of hands-on experience in software development Expertise in Java and the Spring framework Experience in designing scalable, high-performant SaaS Solutions Experience Leading Remote Teams Strong Communication and organizational skills Tech Stack: Core Technologies : Java, Spring (MVC/Data), Hibernate, MySQL Cloud Infra : AWS (ECS), Docker Optional : Angular (for front-end experience) What we offer: Lots of freedom Lots of responsibility 80.000 and 120.000 yearly salary (Depending on experience) Unlimited holidays
