Function/team description
The ambition and vision involve transitioning into a mobility company that provides continuously improved mobility solutions for everyone.
In pursuit of this goal, headquartered in Brussels, takes responsibility for devising, planning and executing the European strategy for connected, multimedia, and mobility services.
Our strategy for Connected Services Packages is to offer them at first with a trial period included in the price of the car and then engage the customers with re-subscription offers once the trial period ends.
Business Planning Office (BPO) is responsible to define the process and systems set-up for various touchpoint with the customer and Go To Market Team (GTM) has the ownership to deploy these Connected Services packages to the market.
Your project
With the scope of Connected Services packages, we are looking for a motivated and capable resource with the aim of supporting both BPO and GTM with the implementation of (1) Regional Markets Grade Strategies and (2) Roll-our Paid-Subscriptions to the markets.
- Regional Grade Strategy Implementation
- Coordinate with National Marketing Sales Centres (NMSCs) to gather requirements and feedback for Connected Services Packages (CS packs) line-up. Input and consolidate CS packs into the planning system and calculate potential revenue impact. Collaborate with CS Dev Team for activation of regional packs. Support B2B pricing implementation and manage country-specific exception
- Roll-our Paid-Subscriptions to the markets
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for paid subscriptions for connected services available in the app and multimedia incl. enablement materials, pitch decks, and marketing plans for all internal & external partners in the process (also local headquarters) and communication campaigns towards end customers (email, in-app messaging, push notifications, etc.) to drive conversions.
Analytical Part (applicable for both (1) and (2)
- Analyse subscription performance, customer behaviour, app usage data, to optimize subscription strategies
- Track competitors and market trends in paid subscriptions for connected car and mobility tech.
- Define KPIs and build dashboards to measure performance and impact.
- Use customer feedback to drive product improvements and roadmap planning.
- Provide benchmarks and survey inputs for strategic insights.
Your profile
- You showcase strong communication and demonstrate proven capabilities in negotiating and reaching consensus.
- Strong understanding of connected car ecosystems, digital app monetization, and consumer tech.
- Experience in go-to-market/ product sales/marketing, managing/creating paid subscription products, or digital commercial roles.
- Experience managing digital services in automotive, mobility, or telecom industries would be beneficial as well as experience in launching or scaling paid subscription services (freemium, tiered pricing, trials, etc.).
- Familiarity with both B2C customer acquisition tactics and B2B sales techniques and partner enablement can be an additional asset.
