Reporting to the FSQ RM Area Europe Coordinator, you will oversee quality processes related to raw materials, including supplier qualification, quality requirements, issue management, KPIs, and reporting, in line with Ferrero policies.Main Responsibilities:Qualify suppliers through audits and report findings using CAPA and checklists.Monitor and improve suppliers'' quality performance, manage action plans, and evaluate suppliers.Maintain the suppliers'' vendor list and act as a point of contact for raw material issues.Manage industrial trials with regional raw material suppliers, focusing on food safety, quality, and performance.Lead projects to enhance raw material safety, quality, and technological aspects.Who we are looking for:Candidates should hold a Masters Degree in Food Technology, Food Safety and Quality, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields, with 6-9 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of conducting audits, understanding raw materials, and food processes is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills, along with analytical abilities, fluency in Italian and English, and proficiency in MS Office are required. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
