Job Title: HR Compliance ManagerDo you have a passion for HR Compliance in a fast-paced, exciting environment? We are seeking an innovative, detail-oriented HR Compliance Manager to help grow and scale our global HR Compliance program. You will lead efforts to strengthen our HR compliance environment and mitigate risks by building partnerships and developing operational action plans to address gaps.Your primary focus will be on the EMEA region, with involvement in global projects across various time zones and geographies. You will report directly to the EMEA Sr. Manager of HR Compliance based in London. Please note, this role does not include direct reports.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify HR Compliance gaps and lead development and operationalization of mitigation strategies with business partners across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Shared Services.Operationalize legal requirements into compliant processes and Workday design in collaboration with legal, Payroll, and HR Shared Services teams.Monitor, audit, and test HR-related processes, focusing on compliance-driven process improvement.Assist HR process and control owners with maintaining control documentation to ensure ongoing compliance.Lead HR Compliance projects by understanding local legal requirements, identifying gaps, and managing mitigation efforts to embed compliance into processes.Develop and deliver compliance communications, training, and education to enable the business on core compliance requirements.Build strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.Engage with industry peers and professional organizations to stay ahead of compliance trends and translate solutions into company practices.Lead or contribute to special projects as needed, demonstrating rigor, efficiency, and teamwork.Adapt to changing environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.Required Skills and ExperienceProven experience in HR operations, compliance, and auditing.Experience in testing, monitoring, auditing HR processes, developing remediation plans, and documenting compliance efforts.Project management skills, including scope management, planning, tracking, and reporting.Global mindset with understanding of country and regional differences.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and/or G Suite.Excellent communication, collaboration, and influence skills across all levels.Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and data analysis capability.Sound professional judgment and ethical standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Workday system and process design.HR or Compliance experience across EMEA.Experience in high-growth tech companies.HR Certification.Knowledge of statutory, regulatory, and professional compliance standards.Ability to develop process documentation and flowcharts.Willingness to travel within EMEA and internationally.Our CommitmentAt Salesforce, we believe business should improve the world.
