With daily direct contact with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and patients, this is a highly visible and important role within IQVIA, essential to our core goal of patient safety. You will perform key medical information call centre services and process safety and product quality information to optimize the safety profiles of products across various therapeutic areas. The role can be conducted remotely, hybrid, or office-based according to your preference.Responsibilities:Provide phone support to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding adverse events, product quality complaints, medical inquiries, product support, and other needs. (This does NOT include commercial sales support.)Process lifecycle safety operational data, perform data entry for tracking and safety databases, code medical terminology, generate queries, perform quality control, drive case closure, and coordinate translations.Receive and document incoming calls and emails reporting safety data.Build a positive, collaborative team environment, lead by example, and mentor less experienced team members.Provide feedback to managers on project metrics and challenges.Liaise with Project Managers, identify issues, propose solutions, and support client requests.Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.Minimum Requirements:Bachelors Degree in a Life Science.Excellent written and verbal skills in English (minimum C1) and native German.Experience in Lifecycle safety or related fields is an asset.High attention to detail and quality standards.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
