We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact digital transformation initiatives within a European institutional context. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering complex IT projects with a particular focus on mobile applications, interoperability, and the definition of functional and technical requirements. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate both technical and policy-driven environments. Key responsibilitiesDefine and validate functional requirements, use cases, and interface mock-upsCoordinate the drafting of technical documents and presentations for high-level working groupsManage the full project lifecycle, including scheduling, milestones tracking, and risk assessmentOversee the collection and processing of stakeholder input through surveys, consultations, and structured feedback mechanismsSupervise internal project contributors and external service providers, ensuring clear task prioritisation and alignment with objectivesMaintain consistent reporting on project status, risks, and deliverablesServe as a key point of contact between business stakeholders, analysts, development teams, and external partners Required expertiseMinimum 15 years of experience in the IT sector, including at least 10 years in project managementMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience in:Managing projects involving mobile applicationsEnsuring interoperability of IT systemsDefining functional specifications for digital solutionsEngaging with and reporting to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's and Master's degrees in Information Technology or Computer Science (mandatory)Certification in PM2 or equivalent project management methodology (e.g., PMP, Prince2)Fluent in English; working knowledge of French is an asset Working with ABAKUS IT-solutions At ABAKUS IT-Solutions, we empower digital excellence through trusted expertise and professional delivery.
