As a Sea & Rail Business Development Manager at LINK Sp. z o.o., you will play a key role in shaping our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be expanding our market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions. Your expertise will help us strengthen our competitive edge and drive success in the Sea & Rail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in the Sea & Rail market.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business strategies.
- Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Monitor business development performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales or a related role, within the logistics or transportation sector.
- Strong understanding of the Sea & Rail market and its dynamics.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Polish and English.
- Willingness to travel.
