To lead this exciting launch andensure the highest standards from day one, we are looking for adynamic and skilled professional to join our team as Senior BeautyTherapist. Role Objective: The Senior Beauty Therapist ensuresexcellence in the delivery of beauty and SPA treatments throughtechnical expertise, knowledge of protocols, client care, andtraining leadership. This role serves as an operational andtechnical reference point within the team and, reporting to theappointed SPA Coordinator, contributes to the professionaldevelopment of the staff and the maintenance of the quality andhygiene standards defined by the facility. The candidate holds thequalification required for the technical direction of a wellnesscenter. Main Responsibilities: - Perform high-level beauty andwellness treatments in accordance with internal protocols andcompany standards. - - Develop new treatments in agreement with theSPA Coordinator and the external cosmetic brand partners, whilemonitoring the implementation of existing treatments by the team. -- Supervise and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and guestreception standards. - - Support the SPA Coordinator in managingcabin operations and addressing operational requests. - - Train andupdate the SPAs technical staff on treatment protocols, guestreception, and consultative selling, while promoting and updatingspecific ongoing training plans. - - Actively contribute to theselection and onboarding of new team members. - - Manage the saleof cosmetic products based on the actual needs of Guests, whilepromoting a culture of wellness both among Guests and within theteam. - - Collaborate with the SPA Coordinator to monitor qualitystandards and periodically review procedures. MandatoryRequirements: - Licensed Beauty Therapist qualified for theTechnical Direction of a beauty/wellness center in Tuscany. - -Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist in high-end facilities(minimum 5 years). - - Experience in internal training and a strongability to manage and motivate cabin staff. Languages: - Fluentspoken and written English. - - Knowledge of additional languagesis a plus. Technical Skills: - Expertise in performing facial andbody treatments, massages with various purposes, and SPA rituals. -- In-depth knowledge of professional cosmetics and the latestaesthetic technologies. - - Skills in personalized consultation andcross-selling. - - Familiarity with wellness center managementsoftware.
