About the vacancy

Responsibilities

1. Team management and employee development
2. Project and operational process management
3. Defining project requirements and analyzing and optimizing operational processes in the area of customer service and stock control
4. Monitoring project progress and reporting results based on measurable success indicators
5. Implementing dashboard briefings and KPIs supported by the system
6. Building long-term relationships with key customers and analyzing their needs
7. Proactively responding to reported problems and striving to increase customer satisfaction
8. Using NPS (Net Promoter Score) results as input for process changes and improving the quality of customer service
9. Close cooperation with operational, sales, HR and IT departments in order to achieve the assumed business goals
10. Initiating and implementing organizational and process changes based on data and analysis results

Our requirements

- Experience in Customer Service: at least 5 years
- Building professional relationships with Customs
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Organizational skills
- Communication skills
