The role will support the operational management of Eatalys loyalty program.What youll do:Support daily operations related to the Eataly loyalty programSet up and test loyalty campaigns using CRM platformsHelp monitor member behavior and promotion performanceSupport the implementation of member-only promotions and benefitsCoordinate content and materials for loyalty communications, including preparing benchmarksHelp maintain customer records and ensure data accuracyProvide general operational support to the CRM ManagerCollaborate with Marketing, Digital, and other teams to ensure program consistency across channelsWho you are:Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fieldsYou have strong organizational skills and attention to detailYou are comfortable with Excel and quick to learn digital toolsYoure curious, analytical, hands-on, and ready to take initiativeYou have an entrepreneurial approach: resourceful, proactive, and solution-orientedPrevious experience in CRM Teams is considered a plusWhat we offer:A practical internship with real impact on one of Eatalys key customer programsExposure to CRM strategy and loyalty marketing operationsA collaborative environment with cross-functional teamworkLearning and growth opportunitiesThis search is open to all genders pursuant to art. 27 D.Lgs. n.198/06.
