Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Demand and Order Planner to join our Sales Support and Processes team. This is a role with growth potential, ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Demand and Order Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient sales operations and supporting our business growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Forecasting
- Collaborate with Sales Teams to analyze sales trends and forecast demand.
- Support the development of accurate short-term and long-term demand plans.
- Order Management
- Coordinate order processing and ensure timely and accurate entry of customer orders into our internal/external systems.
- Monitor the entire order planning in close collaboration with supply chain.
- Order Coordination
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
- Sales Reporting and Analytics
- Generate regular reports on demand trends, sales performance, and order status using our internal tools.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, improve forecast accuracy, and provide insights to the sales team.
- Process Improvement
- Assist in the continuous improvement of demand planning and order management processes.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a key liaison between sales, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
- Support communication with key stakeholders in European markets.
Qualifications
Profile
- Bachelor''s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in demand planning, order management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerBi and experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., French or German) are a plus.
