Were looking for a QA Systems & Compliance Manager to take a leading role in safeguarding and optimizing quality standards for a client in the pharmaceutical sector. Youll be the driving force behind the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of quality management systems, ensuring adherence to regulations such as GMP, ISO 9001, and HACCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the QMS and document management systems (DMS).
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and internal policies (GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, GAPIV).
- Coordinate and lead internal audits; support and oversee external audits.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver training programs to raise awareness and competence in QA and compliance.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend process optimizations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous quality improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- HBO or WO degree in (bio)chemistry, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience with aseptic processes; biotech and vaccine manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of quality standards and regulatory frameworks (GMP, ISO, HACCP).
- Strong track record in managing audits, inspections, and improvement projects.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
