Your profile:
Essential Skills
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Accounting & Finance roles
- Proficient in both Dutch and English
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office applications and SAP

Your responsibilities:
1. Daily/weekly tasks
- Process supplier invoices in the accounting system
- Accounts Receivable process (including daily bank postings)
- Regularly send payment reminders to customers
- Reconcile and clear bank transactions
- Check and execute weekly payment runs
- Manage accounts payable to ensure timely and accurate payments
- Provide financial support to the Sales team as needed
- Contribute to improvement initiatives and projects
- Review financial data for potential new customers
- Distribute outstanding receivables reports to the sales team
2. Monthly activities
- Compile and deliver information required for monthly closings
- Continuously improve and optimize finance processes
- Analyze and report on expense fluctuations
3. Controlling
- Serve as the primary contact for the external accountant during the preparation of the annual report
- Prepare necessary documentation for the corporate income tax (CIT) return
- Assist the Finance Manager with monthly reporting tasks
4. Cross-departmental support:
- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments on finance-related matters
5. Other Finance-related tasks
