Senior International SEO Manager Build SEO Across Europe

The organisation is now shifting gears digitally and SEO is a major focus area. The Dutch HQ is building a centralised international SEO team, and youll be at the heart of this movement.
Your role: Build. Lead. Grow.
As Senior International SEO Manager , youll:
- Design and lead the international SEO strategy
- Enable countries to grow organically with a clear, scalable SEO foundation
- Collaborate with local teams, developers, product owners, and your Tech SEO counterpart
- Drive SEO awareness across markets through clear plans, strong business cases and stakeholder engagement
- Be the strategic link between people, tools and long-term digital growth
Who were looking for
- 7+ years of SEO experience, preferably international and/or e-commerce
- Strategic and hands-on with a strong grasp of content and technical SEO
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
- Familiar with SEO tools (e.g. GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Conductor)
- Experience with Jira = nice to have
- Fluent in English; Dutch, German, Spanish or Italian = big plus
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
