Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Tender Specialist to manage and administer public tenders in the medical device sector. This role involves preparing and submitting the required documentation to participate in public procurement, ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare public tender documentation (administrative, technical, economic) according to the tender requirements
- Submit documentation via telematic platforms
- Prepare economic offers/quotations based on inputs from agents/employees, subject to approval from the Sales Director
- Manage and update customer lists and account records
- Enter orders in the ERP system SAP
- Handle customer service activities, including orders, complaints, and post-sales support
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing public tenders in the medical device industry in Italy
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and Word)
- Familiarity with telematic platforms for public tenders
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent command of Italian and good English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of public procurement regulations and the ability to analyze tender specifications and contracts
- Experience in customer service: managing orders, customer communications, returns, complaints
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Languages Required:
- Italian (native or fluent mandatory)
- English (good written and spoken proficiency)
