To support our growing operations, weare seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to oversee allHR functions across both properties (~ 80 employees). PositionOverview: The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing andexecuting HR processes for both hotels, ensuring compliance withlabor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supportingthe operational needs of the business. This role is integral indriving recruitment, employee engagement, training, and performancemanagement while maintaining high standards of HR excellence withinthe hospitality sector. Additionally, this position presents aunique challenge and opportunity: the HR Specialist will play apivotal role in designing and implementing HR processes almost fromscratch, creating efficient, scalable, and employee-centric systemstailored to the needs of a growing hospitality business. KeyResponsibilities: - Oversee and manage all HR functions for bothhotels, ensuring seamless operations. - Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws andcompany standards. - Lead the recruitment, selection, andonboarding process for all hotel staff, ensuring the hiring of toptalent. - Create and establish HR processes from the ground up,ensuring efficiency and scalability. - Manage employee relations,providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues. -Organize and oversee training and development programs to enhanceemployee skills and performance. - Administer payroll, benefits,and compensation structures in collaboration with finance teams. -Monitor compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations,and company policies. - Support managers and department heads inperformance management and employee evaluations. - Drive employeeengagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workenvironment. - Assist in HR reporting, analytics, and workforceplanning to support business decisions. - Manage HR documentation,contracts, and personnel records with confidentiality and accuracy.Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor''s Degree (MastersDegree is a plus) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or arelated field. - 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably withinthe hospitality or hotel industry. - Strong knowledge of Italianlabor laws and HR best practices. - Proven experience inrecruitment, HR administration, and employee relations. -Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR processes fromscratch. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, andinterpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficientlyin a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in HR software andMicrosoft Office Suite. - Fluency in Italian and English.
