• Troubleshooting and resolving software and database related issues within agreed timeframes and in line with internal Maintenance & Support processes
• Resolving incidents through system, application logs and other available data analysis
• Ensuring proper performance of IT supported systems
• Standard and ad hoc reporting
• Cooperation with the technical field team

requirements-expected :

• Previous professional experience in IT support role
• Ability to communicate in English at least B1/B2
• Fluent communication in Polish language
• Knowledge of SQL commands
• Deep understanding of Linux and Windows 10/11 + Windows Server operating systems
• Overview of network concepts (TCP/IP)
• Willingness to work in shift rotation
