You will work alongside our Localization Engineers and Project Managers to support the localization of video games across a wide range of platforms.In this role, you''ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day requirements of the Project Managers and help the team to identify and resolve technical bottlenecks in localization workflows.A core part of your responsibility will be to assist the team in their mission to increase automation and efficiency across project workflows.You''ll learn how to identify the root causes of issues in localization workflows and help the team develop effective, scalable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support to Localization Project ManagersAssist in identifying pain points in existing workflows and propose areas for automation or improvementSupport setup of tools, environments, and file conversions for localization projectsHelp extract localizable content and prepare files for translationTroubleshoot basic issues related to translation assets and toolsCollaborate with senior engineers on tool development and script maintenanceDocument recurring issues or inefficiencies for further analysis by the engineering teamParticipate in testing and rollout of new tools or process updatesEnsure project data integrity and compliance with client requirementsHelp maintain automation scripts and contribute to ongoing tool development effortsWhy Join Us?As a Junior Localization Engineer at Keywords, you''ll have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognized companies in the video game industry.
