Your Responsibilities | Real Estate Lawyer Law Investment Advisory

• Advise clients on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and financing structures.
• Draft and negotiate a variety of real estate contracts and agreements with developers, investors, and financial institutions.
• Provide regulatory and legal guidance on real estate investments and projects in Luxembourg.
• Assist clients with due diligence processes, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Profile and Career Path | Real Estate Lawyer Law Investment Advisory

• At least 6 years of experience as a Real Estate Lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg is asked.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, commercial leases, property transactions, and investment structuring.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a strong asset but not a must.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with attention to detail.
• A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
