Your Responsibilities |Corporate Legal Officer Fiduciary Finance Investment Funds

• You will be responsible for a portfolio of AIFs in both Private Equity and Real Estate.
• You will organize and lead board meetings while maintaining direct contact with clients.
• You will review and draft legal documents such as minutes, agreements, and resolutions.
• Maintaining registers such as the RCS and RBE up to date will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will work closely with other departments, such as accounting, for tasks like annual account approvals.
• Supervising and reviewing junior employees'' work may also be part of your responsibilities.
  
  

Profile and Career Path |Corporate Legal Officer Fiduciary Finance Investment Funds

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS) in Luxembourg. This experience will be essential to help you adapt to your new position.
• The environment you may join is international, which is why perfect English is required. Any additional language would be considered an asset.
• To effectively manage your future portfolio, you should have strong experience with AIFs in Private Equity and/or Real Estate.
• Excellent communication skills are essential to maintaining effective interactions with both clients and colleagues.
• Being well-organized will enable you to meet deadlines efficiently.
