Sales Director | Autonomous Mobile Robot for Handling SystemW ExecutiveOur client is a scale-up company that develops cutting-edge drone technology. As their market expands, they have asked for our support to identify a Sales & Marketing Director who will lead business development and sales activities throughout Europe.The candidate, reporting directly to the CEO, will be responsible for defining the sales strategy and expansion plans. They will focus on achieving sales and job origination targets by strengthening existing relationships and opening new channels.In terms of business development, the priority is to increase market share in the renewables industry (wind and solar) by establishing and developing contacts with engineering and construction directors, as well as procurement functions.Additionally, they will be responsible for selecting and preparing exhibitions at international fairs and providing guidelines to the marketing department.We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in selling highly automated solutions to the renewables industry and construction companies. We seek someone eager to join a start-up or scale-up environment, as our client is currently in this phase of growth.Fluency in both Italian and English is required; proficiency in a second language such as German or French will be considered a plus.
