Position : HR Intern Talent Development Transformation Location : Milan Duration : 6 months Start Date : June 2025 At Alfasigma we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy intern with a strong interest in people development and organizational transformation to join our HR Talent Development Transformation team. This internship offers a hands-on experience within a dynamic and people-centered environment, contributing to impactful HR initiatives that support our business strategy. Key Responsibilities: The intern will support the team in the following activities: Assist in the planning and execution of development and transformation programs Support the design and implementation of talent development initiatives aligned with business needs Create and update learning materials, presentations, and toolkits for employee and manager development Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery Support data analysis and reporting related to training effectiveness and other key HR metrics Provide operational support in the use of HR digital tools and platforms Contribute to the development and implementation of digital HR solutions to enhance talent management processes Requirements: Recently completed Master's degree, preferably in HR, Psychology, Economics, or related fields Strong interest in talent development and organizational change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Strong digital mindset and interest in applying technology to HR processes Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms is a plus What We Offer: A supportive and inclusive working environment A learning experience in strategic HR and transformation initiatives The opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to real business outcomes Exposure to a multinational and dynamic company context Company: Alfasigma is a global pharmaceutical company founded over 75 years ago in Italy, where it is headquartered (in Bologna and Milan).
