About the Role
As a Senior Installation Specialist, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing JD Logistics'' home installation services. You will be responsible for installing major home appliances, leading and training junior installers, and leveraging our talent management and order-matching systems to ensure smooth operations. This role is critical in supporting our expansion and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Installation: Install TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines efficiently; experience in additional categories is a plus.
- Team Leadership & Training: Mentor and train junior installers, sharing best practices to enhance team performance.
- Talent & Order Management: Leverage JD Logistics'' order-talent matching system to ensure accurate task allocation.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with operations teams to refine workflows and improve service efficiency.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Maintain high installation standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety adherence.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven track record in home appliance installation
- Multi-Category Expertise: Ability to install at least TVs, refrigerators, and washing machines; additional categories are a bonus.
- Leadership & Training: Experience in guiding and training junior installers.
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with talent management systems and order allocation processes for efficient service execution.
