Social network you want to login/join with:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Wholesale Sales Manager with deep knowledge of the luxury segment and a proven track record of positive experiences managing Corners and Shop-in-Shops, especially in the MIDDLE EAST and APAC.You will be responsible for account management and active prospecting of new business opportunities to grow brand awareness and profits across new and existing product categories.What youll do:Define the B2B wholesale strategy with the team, aligned with company goals and budgets.Analyze, forecast, and project seasonal/annual sales goals by accounts and product categories.Plan and execute digital and in-store wholesale activations according to company strategy.Research and monitor the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and partners.Lead sales campaigns, present collections, and assist buyers with product selection considering customer profiles and market needs.Build and maintain positive relationships with partners to ensure proper brand representation.Analyze sell-through weekly to promptly offer reorders and provide updates to management.Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance teams to align collections with retailer needs and delivery schedules.Present sales campaign feedback to the Board to identify growth opportunities.Develop and manage reporting to maximize sales and provide insights to leadership.Manage and train Wholesale Interns and Sales Associates.What were looking for:Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales within the Fashion Wholesale Industry and E-Commerce as a Sales Manager.Strategic, goal-oriented, motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and success-driven mindset.Creative in boosting sales while maintaining brand identity.Flexible to work weekends and adapt to schedule changes.Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, including cold calling.Skills preferred: JOOR.Proficiency in English, Excel, and PowerPoint.Our WorldLa DoubleJ is a Milanese brand that curates the best of Italy.
