Your Mission as Senior Manager

This is more than a job - it''s a leadership opportunity. You will develop your own business unit, lead a team of Business Managers and consultants, and be a key player in ALTEN Belgiums continued expansion.

Youll work closely with the Division Director and have the autonomy to drive results, create opportunities, and build a real legacy in the Belgian market.

• Manage the key accounts within Belgium

What You Bring

Youre not just looking for a jobyou want to lead, grow, and make an impact.

• 8+ years experience in key account management, sales, or business development (ideally in consulting or engineering)
• Deep understanding of the engineering or tech services landscape (e.g., aerospace, defence , financial services)
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch a big plus)
• A natural leader and coach who loves developing others
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
• You love challenges, thrive in fast-paced environments, and never stop learning
