Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial technology sales (eg. MES, ERP, CAD/CAM software, process optimization, IT consulting).

Familiarity with solutions based on Digital Twin, IoT, Big Data, and AR/VR.

Ability to engage with C-level clients and develop Go-To-Market strategies.

Understanding of Industry 4.0 trends and the ability to translate them into actionable business recommendations.

Fluent English is required.

German language skills will be considered an asset.

Technical degree preferred (e.g., computer science, automation, production engineering).

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and willingness to travel for business (valid category B driving license).

Experience with Siemens, Dassault, NVIDIA, or Rockwell platforms is a plus.
