Your role in action:
- Support the Customer Solutions Manager Spain (CSM)to turn customer, transport, and storage needs into tailored packaging solutions.
- Leverage your packaging expertise to advise clients and propose optimal solutions aligned with performance, cost, & sustainability goals.
- Design and develop innovative packaging concepts in close collaboration with the CSM, Engineering & Operations Teams.
- Create and present prototypes to clients, supporting Engineering with prototype development and using CAD tools for detailed specs and documentation.
- Contribute to customer meetings and sales efforts, including technical support during presentations, hands-on prototype demonstrations, and the preparation of technical offers.
- Provide training and clear documentation to support solution use and project follow-up.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT!
- A bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A degree in packaging engineering is a plus.
- First experience (internship or more) in the packaging and/or automotive industry, ideally in an engineering role. Experience in a similar role is a serious asset.
- Solid understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and experience with CAD tools.
- Creative and solution-oriented, you enjoy tackling technical challenges with practical, smart ideas.
- Well-organized and resilient, you manage priorities effectively.
- Team player with strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Customer-focused, you like co-creating solutions that truly meet client needs.
- Comfortable in international settings, fluent in English, and open to working with diverse teams and clients.
- Curious and adaptable, with a growth mindset and eagerness to keep learning.
- You are based in the Barcelona or Madrid region, work remotely, and are open to regular travel within Spain and to Poland.
