The candidate will work closely with the headquarters in Rome for project development.The role involves confirming equipment selection, coordinating drafting and manufacturing schedules, evaluating technical bids with vendors, maintaining budget control, managing technical and commercial correspondence, and handling scope changes and change orders.Main Responsibilities:Review order files and confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications and sales quotations.Confirm equipment selection and design, perform or coordinate necessary calculations and sketches.Coordinate drafting activities, review customer mark-ups, and instruct drafting staff.Establish and monitor project budgets in collaboration with sales and cost specialists.Maintain delivery schedules, coordinate drafting, procurement, manufacturing, and quality control to meet deadlines.Inform Quality Control of project specifications.Manage all technical correspondence with internal teams, customers, and vendors.Guide drafting and support staff on required drawings and communications.Notify sales and estimating teams of scope or design changes affecting pricing.Coordinate price revisions with the customer.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer on international EPC projects.Background in Oil & Gas sectors (Upstream/Downstream plants).Experience managing activities directly on-site.Knowledge of technical drawings, project documents, specifications, and method statements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
