Context Within ourR&D & Production team, you will work hands-on withexperimental protocols to characterize cardiac pathology models andthe manufacturing of 2D or 3D cell culture systems forcardiovascular disease or oncology research. Main ResponsibilitiesMarket Survey - Gather and analyze market trends and needs forcardiac disease models - Identify competitor products and gaps incurrent offerings - Provide recommendations to guide futuredisease-model development Executing Design of Experiments (DoE) -Prepare culture media and reagent dilutions - Seed cells at defineddensities according to the DoE matrix - Record all steps andobservations in the lab notebook (LIMS/Excel) Data Processing &Analysis - Import raw metrics (viability, marker expression,contractility) - Create summary tables and plots to compareconditions - Draft concise experimental summaries with actionableconclusions 3D Cell Culture - Set up spheroids, hydrogels - Conductimmunofluorescent staining and confocal imaging 2D/3D Cell CultureSystem Production - Support the Production Manager with variousproduction tasks Deliverables - Market survey to supportdecision-making for future disease model development - Completeexperimental records (DoE details, raw results, observations) -Analyzed datasets with clear graphical outputs - Updatedoperational protocols - Brief reports for each experimentalcampaign Environment & Tools - Equipment: CO incubators,laminar-flow hoods, confocal microscope - Software: LIMS/Excel,GraphPad Prism, R or basic Python notebooks - Techniques: DoE, 2D& 3D cell culture, immunofluorescence Candidate Profile -Masters student in Biology, Biotechnology or BiomedicalEngineering - Hands-on experience with cell culture (2D and/or 3D)- Comfortable with data entry and analysis - Organized,experimentally rigorous and proactive Good technical EnglishDuration & Terms - 6-month internship, starting July orSeptember 2025 - Based in Montreuil, with partial remote workpossible - Legal internship stipend + partial transportreimbursement www.4dcell.com
