Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Management Senior Specialist to join our Product Management team at our headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the product strategy and roadmap, managing the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, working alongside R&D and other functions to develop competitive positioning and ensure performance.Participate in defining contractual proposals with sales and controlling teams, ensuring competitive market positioning by segment and features to meet objectives.Evaluate market requirements and trends, identifying technical gaps or opportunities for competitiveness.Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of products, monitor market share, competitive dynamics, pricing, and portfolio trends.Support market positioning, go-to-market plans, and operational marketing activities.Monitor activities and assist in delivering volume, revenue, and profit forecasts, highlighting issues and proposing improvements.Engage regularly with internal and external stakeholders to build effective partnerships.Qualifications3-5 years of experience in product management or business analysis.University degree in Management Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.Proficiency in English.Excellent communication skills and strategic mindset.Adhere to Stevanato Groups Values: Trust and respect everyone; Be accountable; Be ethical, always; Listen and communicate with transparency and honesty; Deliver results.#J-18808-Ljbffr
