We are looking for a talented, motivated and digitally curious Digital Experience Intern to join our Integrated Marketing team. As a member, you will work closely with all the team members of Direct-to-consumer (DtC) Ecommerce team, including Platform Operations, Campaign Activation, CRM and Digital Analytics. We are a team of five, managing end-to-end commercially and operationally multiple ecommerce websites across Europe.
Youll work cross-departmental to collaborate on all aspects of ecommerce operations, from planning to execution, from brainstorming digital breakthrough optimizations to actually execute them in reality.
Youll love this challenge if you like your day-to-day to be dynamic, moving from one task to another, one aspect of ecommerce to another. You care about the end consumers and you are digital savvy enough to create & optimize the consumer journey and consumer experience on site. You will have the opportunity to learn, engage and be hands-on with different stakeholders, internal and external. This internship can set you up for success to be the future ecommerce expert.
The internship is designed to start ASAP, for a period of ideally 6 months with the possibility of an extension. You must be an enrolled student, so the internship is part of your studies or Bachelor/Master.

Were the Integrated Marketing department. Our team looks after the Brand, Campaign & Content Development, E-Commerce DTC, CRM, and Digital Media. Together we make up a cross-disciplinary, international team working to deliver upon BISSELLs brand purpose, to help people and pets share happy, healthy homes, in the European market. We take utmost pride in our work, and know how to make projects more interesting and fun.
IN THIS INTERNSHIP, YOULL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO
- Get hands on experience in the exciting world of E-Commerce.
- Coordinate a variety of meaningful projects in the areas of CRM, campaigns analysis, direct-to-consumer sales, and online customer experiences.
- Build engaging campaigns (product launches and promotions) through the integration of relevant, engaging content, and test and learn to continuously improve KPIs.
- Support with internal teams to gather and coordinate content for commercial promotions and product launches
- Assist the team in monitoring and reporting performance results, and in analyzing competitor websites and their digital experience.
- Support the roll-out and/or improvement of e-commerce and brand websites across Europe.
- Work with agencies, distributors and internal teams from different markets across Europe.
- Be part of the dynamic Integrated Marketing team, with exposure to a broader set of projects and activities, and connecting through team meetings, team events and daily interactions.
- Work together in an international office of skilled cross-functional professionals with more than 15+ nationalities.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Availability of 32 to 40 hours weekly for ideally 6 months or longer
- Registered as a Bachelor or Master HBO/university student, proof of enrollment is required
- Background in Marketing, E-Commerce, Communication, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Digital savvy and interest in personalized experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (another European language is a plus)
