Job Title: Cash Officer / Order-to-Cash ControllerThe Cash Officer / Order-to-Cash Controller is a key member of the Capgemini Engineering Italy Finance team. This role collaborates with Market Unit controllers, Operations teams, Delivery teams, and the Billing and Credit departments. Reporting directly to the CFO of Capgemini Engineering Italy, the responsibilities include:Providing reliable, timely, and accurate financial planning (budgeting, monthly forecasting, and actuals follow-up) and reporting on cash performance and the order-to-cash process to Group and local management.Driving improvements in the credit and collection process, aligning with group standards.Partnering with Sales, Delivery, and Operations to address root causes of delayed billing and collection.Implementing cash reporting and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.Preparing business analyses and performance measurements, leveraging operational KPIs.Optimizing overall cash collection and managing DSO forecasting in close cooperation with business stakeholders.Your ProfileExperience with O2C (order-to-cash) management and reporting.Proven track record in stakeholder management across organizational levels.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, comfortable with large datasets and financial modeling.
