RINA is currently recruiting for an Infrastructures & Mobility Project Manager - Area Europe to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the International Infrastructure & Mobility Division.MissionAs an Infrastructures & Mobility Project Manager at RINA Consulting S.p.A., you will oversee and lead complex projects within the Infrastructure and Mobility sectors. Based in Italy, you will have the opportunity for extensive travel across European countries, ensuring projects are delivered to high standards within timelines and budgets.Key AccountabilitiesLead and manage large-scale engineering projects in sectors such as Metro, Rail, LRT, Roads, Ports, and Wet/Dry Infrastructures.Oversee the project lifecycle from planning to close-out, aligning with strategic objectives.Develop and adhere to project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources.Manage project risks proactively.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and oversee contract management and compliance.Monitor and report project progress and performance.Ensure quality standards are met.Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.Engage stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.EducationMasters Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields.QualificationsProven experience in Project and Contract Management in Mobility and Infrastructure sectors.Successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of project management methodologies, contract law, procurement, and risk management.Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications include professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.CompetenciesPromote sustainable development.Manage emotions effectively.Pioneer change.Build trust and networks.Make effective decisions.Have a broad perspective and interpret situations effectively.Think forward and plan for the future.Embrace client needs and ensure satisfaction.Earn trust by valuing diverse opinions.RINA is committed to creating an inclusive work environment, providing equal employment opportunities, and ensuring a workplace free from discrimination and harassment, compliant with Italian Law n. 68/99.#J-18808-Ljbffr
