About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our team and take charge of our online websites technical needs. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript and be proficient in both frontend and backend development. This role involves managing cloud services, handling ERP integrations, and customizing our WooCommerce-based website. Additionally, the candidate must be capable of improving website speed, optimizing SEO, and efficiently multitasking across various IT functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize our website using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
- Customize and manage WooCommerce for seamless e-commerce operations.
- Administer cloud services, ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency.
- Integrate and maintain ERP systems to support business operations.
- Improve website performance, ensuring fast load speeds and smooth user experience.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and rankings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues efficiently.
- Work closely with different teams to support IT needs and address cross-functional requirements.
- Adapt to multiple tasks and challenges, ensuring business continuity.
What Were Looking For
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (both frontend and backend development).
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce customization and management. (Experience with Wix, Shopify or WordPress is a plus!)
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Experience with ERP systems and their integration.
- Expertise in website speed optimization and SEO best practices.
- Ability to multitask and handle different IT functions beyond a single specialization.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic online retail environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Previous experience working with an online retailer is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with database management.
