In order to strengthen the Investment Banking Department in Luxembourg, we are lookingforan experienced Bond Sales Manager under a permanent contract. The successful candidatewill play a key role in establishing and managing the investor base, and drive thewholedistribution process in the primary market at the European Headquarters of the world''slargest bank. Your responsibilities: Investor Relationship Management: Build, expand and cultivate relationships withinstitutional clients located across the EU, understanding their investment preferences. Leadthe management of the client base, facilitate and coordinate the on-boarding of newclients; Distribution: Establish and drive the distribution process of new bond issues by targetingrelevant investors, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and risks associatedwith new bond offerings, addressing inquiries and providing necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with selling restrictions and regulatory requirements. Activelypitchnew bond transactions to investors, drive investor interest, submit investor orderstosyndicate, and support bookbuilding by providing pricing feedback, investor context andinsights; Syndicate/DCM support: Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, newissues, and investor sentiment to provide insights to support pricing and executionstrategies. Prepare market updates and other materials for internal and external stakeholders; Coordinate and support roadshows and non-deal investor meetings and other relatedactivities to assist clients; Establish and maintain distribution-related policies ensuring full compliancewithregulatory and internal requirements; Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks outside core responsibilities, support TeamandDepartment Head for administrative and other matters. Your profile: Proven experience in bond sales (3-5 years), with a strong track record of successful deal distribution in the primary market, along with strong execution skills in deliveringbondtransactions efficiently and effectively; Bachelor degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant majors, CFA qualification preferable; Fluency in English; A well-established client base, allowing for a seamless start; Strong knowledge of fixed income products, bond pricing, yield curves, and the factorsaffecting bond prices; Highly motivated, proactive, and result-driven; Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build long-termtrustedclientrelationships; Ability to work under pressure while ensuring accuracy in data; A solid understanding of MiFID, MAR regulations, ICMA guidance and market practices; Proficiency in using Bloomberg, IssueNet and other relevant market platforms andtools.
