Now were looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist to help continue delivering on that promise in Spain. This isnt an outsourced function. Its an in-house role with ownership, impact, and connection at its core.

In this role, youll:

• Take full ownership of payroll execution for the Spanish marketfrom onboarding and payslips to declarations and compliance.
• Handle social security, taxes, and employment records using tools like A3 Innuva, Siltra, Sistema Red, and Contrat@.
• Respond to consultants'' questions with empathy, clarity, and speedbecause every payslip tells a personal story.
• Monitor legal updates in Spanish labour regulations and apply them proactively.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Salesensuring aligned, seamless operations across the business.
• Build simulations and reports to support informed decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
• Drive improvements in processes and automation with a mindset of continuous learning and efficiency.

Who You Are

Youre more than meticulousyou care deeply about accuracy and experience. You understand that trust in payroll is earned through precision and built on consistency.

You bring:

• 23 years of direct payroll processing experience in Spain
• A Diploma in Payroll (Diploma de Nminas)mandatory
• A degree in Labour Relations, HR, or Accounting
• Proficiency in A3 software and key platforms (Siltra, Contrat@, Sistema Red)
• Fluency in Spanish and high-level English
• An ability to communicate complex information with ease, empathy, and structure
• A proactive, analytical, and improvement-oriented mindset
