Your Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities for PC-24 and PC-12 to direct customers and authorized Pilatus Sales Centers across EMEA and Asia.
- Lead the Stans Business Aviation Sales Team, including 6 employees across various roles.
- Identify and develop new sales strategies and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized Pilatus Sales Centers.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Program Management.
- Oversee sales administration (purchase agreements, center agreements, contractual conditions).
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience and successful track record in Business Aviation Sales with a strong industry network.
- Strong customer focus to meet high customer expectations.
- Result-driven organizational talent with the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to lead, motivate a team, and focus on key objectives.
- Technical background or passion for technology.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
