Responsible for the industrial development and system design of BESS. Define and coordinate the architecture of the BESS system, including the design of solutions for PCS (Power Conversion System), BMS (Battery Management System), EMS (Energy Management System), BAT (Battery Technology), and electrical and structural components. Record support cases, root cause analyses, and solutions in the companys CRM system, conduct system performance reviews, and recommend optimization strategies. Promptly address technical issues reported by customers, track technical problems and perform root cause analysis and corrective actions; gather customer requirements and communicate effectively with the headquarters'' RD department. Create and provide technical documentation and training materials; compile maintenance case studies. Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Over 3 years of work experience in energy storage, renewable energy, solar PV, or power systems. Hands-on experience with lithium-ion batteries, inverters, or grid-tied systems. Willingness to travel frequently for on-site customer visits. Strong organizational skills, execution ability, good stress management, and team-oriented. Strong learning ability, service orientation, sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work attitude. Strong self-motivation.
