They are looking for a Finance Manager to jointheir team and drive financial strategy and performance acrosstheir Belgian operations. Jobomschrijving As Finance Manager, youwill report directly to the General Manager in Belgium and workclosely with the Group CFO. You will lead a small team and takefull ownership of the company''s financial operations and reporting:- Supervise and ensure accurate financial and management accounting- Coordinate month-end and year-end closings in line with groupstandards - Prepare and present financial reports to management andexternal stakeholders - Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, andvariance analysis - Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A)activities - Ensure full compliance with local accounting, tax, andlegal regulations - Oversee audits (internal and external) andliaise with auditors and fiscal advisors - Contribute to strategicdecisions by providing relevant KPIs and performance indicators -Drive improvements in processes, systems, and internal controls -Support project managers in budget monitoring and profitabilityanalysis Jouw profiel - Master''s degree in Finance, Accounting orEconomics. - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in finance, includingleadership roles. - Background in the construction, engineering, orproject-driven industries is a strong asset. - Solid knowledge ofBelgian accounting and tax legislation. - Excellent analytical andorganizational skills. - Hands-on, pragmatic, and business-orientedmindset. - Team player with strong communication and interpersonalskills. - Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written andspoken). - Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP,Navision, Power BI) is a plus.
