We are now looking for an EMEA Director, Pricing Strategy & Enablement to join our team in one of the following countries: Romania, UK, or Italy.The Director, Pricing Strategy & Enablement will work with the VP Commercial Operations EMEA to enhance our company''s ability to build long-term, resilient, and profitable client relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B strategic pricing, market maturity, and price positioning. The Director will be instrumental in developing a team of pricing experts, harmonizing pricing processes, maximizing profitability, and optimizing market positioning by collaborating with business lines and the Pricing CoE.This position offers a great opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in commercial pricing, analytics, and team management to contribute globally and lead direct reports.MAIN DUTIESThe responsibilities of the Director Pricing Strategy & Enablement include:Leading EMEA pricing initiatives.Analyzing pricing data and outcomes using Pricing Intelligence tools.Identifying pricing leakages and proposing corrective measures.Implementing new pricing systems and advanced analytics for proactive price adjustments.Collaborating with stakeholders to maximize profitability and adapt to market changes.Establishing and refining pricing processes for new and existing offerings.Driving adoption of various pricing models and scenarios.Supporting sales teams with pricing tenders, contracts, and negotiations.Leading and managing the quote profitability and admin teams, ensuring effective data analysis and decision-making.Developing pricing indicators and dashboards for better decision support.Engaging with stakeholders to understand business processes and trends.Creating executive summaries to monitor pricing performance.Contributing to pricing tools development for business and profit improvement.KEY CHALLENGESAdapting to a changing environment while maintaining focus.Meeting deadlines during peak periods.Aligning with other functions to ensure best practices.Balancing analytics with practicality and leading change management.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEDegree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.5-7 years of practical experience in commercial, pricing, or analytical roles, including project management.Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, R, etc.).Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.Knowledge of database management and working within matrix organizations.Leadership, resource management, and influencing skills.Financial acumen and understanding of finance parameters.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.DESIRABLE ATTITUDESelf-motivated, enthusiastic, adaptable, and proactive.Interest in revenue maximization, GTM, pricing, and sales.Ability to work under pressure and multitask.#J-18808-Ljbffr
