You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage. You identify potential challenges in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You contribute to product and process improvements through close customer contact. Your profile At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. A structured, organized approach, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. Confident and clear communication at C-level, even in tense situations. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
