To strengthen our Finance Department at our HQ in Ora/Auer (BZ) or at our office in Verona (VR), we are seeking aDirector of Finance Italy (m/f/d)Core activitiesLeading the Italian financial team and reporting to the CFO, you will oversee service accounting and daily financial operations for the Italian parent company. Your main responsibilities will include:Setting the strategic direction of the team to ensure financial stability and transparencyPreparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and consolidating turnoversDeveloping corporate plans, including budgets and forecasts, as well as investment planningManaging liquidity planning and analyzing deviations between targets and actualsAnalyzing key business metrics and supporting top management in strategic decision-makingCoordinating with financing partners such as banks, funding institutions, and investorsPreparing variance analyses and identifying potential intervention areas, followed by implementing and monitoring appropriate measuresRequired profileOur financial team at GRUBER Logistics is our strength: reliable, autonomous, and team-oriented individuals.
