Do you have experience in Cybersecurity? Would you like to be part of an international company in the wind energy sector?MED SCADA & Cyber Security Sales Solutions, within the MED Power Plant Solutions Department, is responsible for value engineering, contractual risk management, and product management of SCADA & Cyber Security solutions in Vestas power plants. These solutions are integrated across the Sales and Service stages of the project value chain in the Mediterranean region, including South and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The team provides advanced monitoring, control, data acquisition systems, and cybersecurity services for wind technology.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and interpret wind power plant cybersecurity requirements; proactively communicate with relevant customers and regulatory authorities in the Mediterranean area.Contribute cybersecurity market requirements to R&D for product and service roadmap development, ensuring compliance and competitiveness of Vestas'' cybersecurity offerings.Serve as the contact point for cybersecurity matters within Vestas Mediterranean and represent the region in the Vestas Group cybersecurity community.Ensure alignment with cybersecurity best practices across the Vestas Mediterranean Region.Train sales, service, and customer teams on new Vestas cybersecurity products and services.Participate in team-based selling approaches, adding value to each project and customer profile during negotiations of sales and service agreements; guide customers on compliance with standards and technical specifications.Review customer tender specifications related to cybersecurity to manage technical risks on a project basis.Prepare technical contractual specifications for cybersecurity solutions and services during the bid stage.Conduct technical meetings with customers.Support operations with cybersecurity-related customer queries.QualificationsM.Sc./B.Sc. in Telecommunications, Information Security, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or related fields.At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, especially in document review and compliance assessments.Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, CISA CSF 2.0, ENISA NIS 2 Directive, ISO 27001.Pre-sales cybersecurity experience is a plus.Knowledge of network security principles, ethical hacking, penetration testing, intrusion detection, malware detection, and identity/access management.Certifications like CISSP or CISM are advantageous.Knowledge of ICT requirements in wind power plants is beneficial.Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.CompetenciesStrong analytical skills for document analysis and compliance assessment.Effective communication and presentation skills.Confidence in engaging with external stakeholders such as customers and regulators.Ability to simplify technical topics for non-technical audiences.Creative problem-solving skills and motivation to meet customer needs.Ability to work collaboratively within an international team.Well-organized, capable of prioritizing in a demanding environment.High ethical standards and accountability.Willingness to travel within the Mediterranean region to support customer needs and business objectives.What We OfferAttractive salary, 5% bonus, and meal vouchers.Medical and life insurance.Opportunities for professional growth in an international environment.Additional InformationWe are seeking candidates in Madrid (Spain) and Taranto (Italy).#J-18808-Ljbffr
