Responsibility: 1. Solve customers technical problemsand complaints promptly. 2. Collaborate with Sales & TechnicalSupport Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems. 3. Runcorrelation studies and validations in coordination with thecustomer if/as required; Conduct Customer training. 4. Visitclients regularly and feedback customers'' information to salesteam. 5. Participate in regional and national conference calls byupdating technical issues. 6. Other task arranged by the companyRequirements 1. Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine,Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would bemore preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVDApplication area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular,immunology will be preferred; 3. Able to use English as workinglanguage; 4. Good communication skills and hardworking.
