JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an operationally focused leader of TPM with excellent program management and operations management skills, strong technical expertise, and hands-on project management skills to continuously improve our execution capabilities as Mobilisights grows. The right candidate is adept at writing technical specifications, managing software reliability engineers (SRE) and technical program managers, owning program schedules from design to release, partnering effectively across organizations, and multiple technology teams, within and outside of Mobilisights, and managing significant, complex launches. You will enable transparency and decision-making across Mobilisights leadership by providing critical communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.
As a head of technical program management, you will build and lead a diverse team of technical program managers and SREs to execute on Mobilisights data platform with highest level of operational excellence. In this role, you will wear many hats. You must possess a combination of strong technical skills and business acumen, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude. You must be a strong leader who communicates clearly across all company levels. You don''t want to be part of an industry movement; you want to lead it out front.
