Role Overview: You will manage a team of Sales FieldForce in the Pharmaceutical channel for the Swisse Brand in Italy.The staff under his supervision is composed by hired employees andexternal sales representatives. You will manage a designatedregion/area in the North Italy in order to achieve revenue, profittargets and client satisfaction. Ensure that team members gain thenecessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities.Achieve company sales and financial targets in line with currentstrategy. The role reports directly to the Commercial Director inItaly. Key responsibilities include: - Ensure key financialperformance milestones (e.g., revenue and profitability) areachieved and provide regular feedback on the financial performanceof the project. - Maximize profitability by ensuring brandobjectives and customer requirements / needs are achieved. - Managestaff in accordance with organizations policies and applicableregulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, anddirecting work; appraising performance and guiding professionaldevelopment; rewarding and guiding team members; addressingrelations issues and resolving problems. - Participate in theselection process for new staff by conducting candidate review andparticipating in the interviewing process. Conduct on-boardingtraining for new staff in conjunction with Human Resources. Covervacancies in his area should it be necessary and for necessaryperiod. - Ensure that staff have the proper materials, systemsaccess and training to complete job responsibilities. Provideoversight for the execution of the training plan and mentoredtraining experiences, as applicable. - Act as a coach and mentorfor Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives.
