You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Your focus will be on multi-year development projects and supply contracts, where technical complexity and customer intimacy are key to success.
You will work closely with customers to understand their applications and help translate them into custom ASIC solutions, working alongside our engineering team. This is a role for a charismatic, highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a technical-commercial environment and takes full ownership of the business development process.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage new customers -ranging from innovative start-ups to leading corporates- in need of RF and AMS ASIC solutions.
- Build and grow long-term relationships, turning customer requirements into viable ASIC projects.
- Translate customer concepts and requirements into concrete technical proposals and development plans in collaboration with the engineering team.
- Lead the full business development cycle: from strategic lead generation and proposal creation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Act as a strategic sparring partner to customers, ensuring alignment throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- You hold a technical degree (BSc/MSc) in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- You have 5+ years of experience in business development, technical sales or account management, ideally within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong track record in relevant verticals (e.g. industrial, defense, IoT, medical, communications) are a plus.
- You are entrepreneurial and take ownership: you create momentum and dont wait for others to act.
- You have the charisma and communication skills to engage both technical stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
