Tu dois tre capable de diagnostiquer un vlo de A Z afin de conseiller ton client au mieux.
Tu es responsable de la qualit des entretiens et des rparations de l''atelier. Tu sais grer la pression et organiser ton activit.
Ton objectif sera de satisfaire 100% de tes clients. Si le client vient encore en magasin, c''est principalement pour te rencontrer, lui sourire et l''aider au mieux possible est indispensable. En tant que vrai teamplayer, tu communiques facilement avec tes collgues et tes clients.
