Overview of the RoleEU Business School is seeking a
Career Services & Talent Development Officer
for a position at its Barcelona campus. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing high-impact career development initiatives, such as the internship program, Business Immersion Week, and corporate networking events. This role combines strategic planning with student-facing support and strong corporate relationship management.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternship Program ManagementManage the full lifecycle of the internship program: sourcing, matching, onboarding, and follow-up.
Collaborate with corporate partners, students, and academic teams to ensure successful internship placements.
Align internship opportunities with student profiles and educational goals.
Student Support & Talent DevelopmentDeliver one-on-one coaching sessions to guide students in their career development.
Support students in creating action plans to meet professional goals.
Organize and lead training workshops on employability skills: CV writing, interview techniques, networking, and personal branding.
Prepare students to effectively present themselves to employers and navigate the job market.
Corporate Partner EngagementMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners.
Facilitate ongoing collaboration through internships, events, and company visits.
Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand career services reach.
Event CoordinationCo-coordinate
Business Immersion Week , ensuring a seamless experience for students and company representatives.
Organize
company visits
and
networking events , handling logistics and maximizing impact.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution and communication.
Data Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on key outcomes of internship programs and events.
Use data insights to improve future activities and drive student and partner engagement.
Profile & QualificationsExperience : Minimum 3 years in career services, event coordination, corporate partnerships, or related roles. Experience in higher education and coaching is a strong plus.
Skills :
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to engage and manage relationships with corporate partners.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Languages : Fluency in English is required; basic Spanish is essential. Any additional language is a plus.
Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Event Management, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
