He/She ensures continuous process improvement and seeks new ways to simplify and optimize processes. He/She pays particular attention to load optimization from both economic and environmental perspectives.Responsibilities:Supports the definition, update, and implementation of optimal routes to minimize costs and delivery times;Organizes load assignments to vehicles based on capacity and product characteristics, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules;Coordinates with logistics service providers (couriers, secondary distribution HUBs);Supports courier contract management, focusing on SLA and KPI monitoring and renewal;Monitors shipments and delivery compliance at Domp distribution HUBs, providing support during transportation issues and communicating with customers and suppliers about shipment status;Maintains traceability of all transports, cross-references data, analyzes transport costs, identifies improvement areas, and prepares management reports;Manages customer requests and resolves issues related to transportation;Evaluates new technologies, such as telematics systems, to improve transport efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor''s or Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Management Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or related fields;Required Skills:Strong knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA - Production Planning and Material Management modules);Proficiency in business data analysis;Understanding of key Supply Chain processes (e.g., Demand Management, Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Order Management, Delivery Management, Inventory Management, Customer Care, finished product suppliers, etc.);Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, especially GDP;Fluent in Italian and English.Preferred Skills:Pharmaceutical experience of at least 3-5 years is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
